Well, in honor of my fall obsession… Jace & I indulged in some baking the other night. Well I did baking… Jace did a lot of spoon licking & candy stealing. Same difference. 😉

It really wasn’t anything too impressive. We just used white cake mix from the box and food coloring. & of course some awesome Lightening McQueen cupcake wrapper thingies.  We dyed half of the mix yellow & the other half orange, and layered the mix in the cupcake wrappers, topped with some white frosting & ACTUAL candy corn. 

They turned out pretty adorable if I do say so myself. 🙂 But then again, I am so tired lately that I just used my serious mom voice on my dog when I told him to go to bed. Maybe I should take my cupcake with me to bed….
